I want to provide the fairest and cheapest shipping I can to you. Most of my products are going to be offered with flat rate shipping. That means if you live one thousand fifty miles from me it will cost the same to ship it to you as it would if you lived fifty miles from me. That being said however, freight shipping will be customized to your order. But we will get into that when you purchase a freight item. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Let’s make this simple. I want you to be happy with your product. I don’t want you to pay for, or live with, something I made that is defective. If you bought something from me and it gets to you broken or of poor quality, I want to make it right.
And here’s where the lawyers usually get involved; I think mostly because people don’t trust each other and sadly sometimes people take advantage of each other. But I’m choosing to trust you. Why? Because I believe you are choosing to buy something from me because you care about my products and hopefully about me and my family too. In the same way, I also care about my customers. In this instance, that means “you.” I want you to enjoy and appreciate whatever it is you buy from me. I also want a good name. Whatever it is you’re buying from me, my name is on it and I don’t want my name associated with poor quality.
If you receive a product from me that is defective, please get ahold of me and I will do my best to make it right. I know it’s a simple concept. But this is a small company and I want as much as possible to have a personal relationship with my customers. In that effort I’ve included my contact information below.
